Founded over 25 years ago, Orange Student Properties began when owners Dave and Margaret struggled to find good-quality student housing for their own children while at university. Frustrated by poor standards and impersonal landlords, they decided to create the kind of safe, comfortable student accommodation they would want for their own family.

That first property became the start of what is now a trusted provider of specialist student accommodation, known for well-maintained homes and a hands-on, supportive approach to student living.

Today, Orange Student Properties is proud to offer modern, fully furnished student houses and to build long-term relationships with tenants — with many students choosing to stay for the duration of their course.
