About Orange Student Properties

Orange Student Properties is a small family run business who pride themselves on providing fantastic student accommodation at affordable prices.

The ‘Oranges’ are a bright, zesty, friendly family comprising of Dave and Margaret alongside their children Peter, Sally, Claire and Helen.

​

Having all studied in higher education themselves (albeit in different decades!), the varying quality of both landlords and accommodation specific to student needs became all too apparent.

​

Frustrated with these inconsistencies, combined with the fact that 3 of their children were at University needing student accommodation, a need in the market was identified. Dave and Margaret therefore decided to purchase a property in which the siblings could live and they could manage.

​

They worked hard to create the standard of house that they would be happy for their own children to live in.

​

Little did they know back then that, that first house purchased over 20 years ago, would be the humble beginnings of what later went on to become ‘Orange Student Properties’.

​

Orange Student Properties pride themselves on specialising in providing high quality specialist student accommodation in sought after locations and their ability to establish genuine relationships with tenants, with many wanting to stay in their properties for the duration of their course.
